MandePAC was created by citizens of Mandeville, to help drive our own interests with local issues, development and representation.
We were fortunate to establish MandePAC prior to the 2024 City Election cycle and be part of the process. Our City leaders will shape Mandeville’s future path during some critical times. Under this coming administration, many of the parameters that guide our future direction will be set into long range planning documents. These newly elected officials will be charged to implement long range goals and objectives that will underpin a review and update of the CLURO. Our CLURO contains almost 500 pages of zoning regulations for Mandeville and is important as these guide development and its impacts on how Mandeville will be in the future. Public participation in those processes to set long range goals and modify the CLURO will be of critical importance to our beautiful city.
